Thoughts about "The Secrets of Blackmoor"

When I first started watching the documentary, I thought it would be a quick story on how the game was invented and it was something they randomly came up with. In reality, however, there was more to it than that. I like how Dave Arneson used soldier or war-like figurines (AKA Russian soldier toys) to make a little prototype of the game, and how most of the co-creators use their inspirations on how they were fascinated by caves and creatures into a game about mythical creatures, critical thinking, and problem solving. I also found interesting that it was originally called "Blackmoor" at the start before it became Dungeons and Dragons.

For this assignment, I had to take a picture of myself, turn it into B&W and vectorize it, then remove all the white parts and turn it into a pop-style poster. I used Illustrator for this project. I had to vectorize the font as well as the white parts to remove them and then color them. I had to choose a palette using the adobe color website.

This was one of my hardest projects. In this project, I had to try and replicate an image that I had to choose and try and recreate it by using HTML coding using Dreamweaver. It didn't exactly turn out the way I intended it to be, but at least I got it done! The bottom image is the original, and the very top image is the one I replicated using DreamWeaver.

For this project I had to take multiple pictures of myself and create a single photo using 6 seperate photos into one. I got my friend to take the pictures using a tripod and created a storyline. In this Picture it demonsrates a gaming competition. And since i had a switch with me, i thought it would be the perfect storyline to make.
